Pastry Ingredients: Self Raising Flour, Baking Butter, Whole Milk and Salt
Pastry Filling: Beef Mince Meat, Chopped Potatoes, Chopped Carrots, Red Onion, White Onion, Spring Onion, Garlic & Scotch Bonnet
Chop Potato & Carrots into diced pieces and water then Boil. I usually start by boiling the chopped potatoes first then I add the chopped carrots to it then I pour in some salt to taste. Do not over boil so it doesn’t get to soft as this will make it look like mash. Make sure it is just right then add milk (I usually prefer evaporated milk as this gives it more rich and cream taste).
