If getting up early to start drinking on St. Patrick’s day just doesn’t seem healthy, think again. This one for breakfast and you will be Irish all day. Drink this any day as part of your Challenge routine. I highly recommend using the spinach we list as optional.

Ingredients:
2 scoops of Vi-Shape® Shake mix
2 tbsp. (or 3-5 “pinches”) of Pistachio Jell-O Instant Pudding Mix
¼ tsp. mint extract
1-1¼ cup of milk or milk substitute (soy, almond, coconut, etc.)
1 cup of ice
Optional: For a leaner, greener version…Add ¾-1 cup of spinach (trust us, you won’t be able to taste it)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend well and pour into large glass.
