Bubbly Traditions

One of my favorite traditions is Sunday morning mimosas. while I’ve had countless mimosas over the course of my adult life, the regular tradition was inspired by our new cabin in the mountains. Sipping a class of bubbly refreshment while enjoying the mountain view from the hot tub seems so decadent. And, who doesn’t love decadent?

Here’s the perfect stoichiometry for a mountain mimosa:

3 parts brut champagne

1 part pulp-free orange juice
